How do I connect Telegram?

Use our Quick Setup feature: Click "Open @Shopnotify_pro_bot" → Send /start → Click "Detect" to auto-fill your Chat ID. That's it!

How do I connect Discord?

Go to your Discord server → Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → Create Webhook → Copy the URL and paste it in the app.

Can I use my own Telegram bot?

Yes! Switch to "Custom Bot" tab in Telegram settings. Create a bot via @BotFather, paste your token, then detect your Chat ID.

What events can I get notified about?

Orders (created, fulfilled, cancelled), low stock alerts, checkout started/updated, and product changes.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check: 1) Your channel is properly configured (use Test button), 2) The event type is enabled in settings, 3) You haven't hit your monthly limit.

Can I send to multiple channels?

Yes! You can enable Discord, Telegram, and Custom Webhook simultaneously. All enabled channels receive notifications.

What's included in the Free plan?

100 notifications/month and 1 notification channel (either Discord or Telegram).

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter ($4.99/mo): 10,000 notifications, all channels. Pro ($14.99/mo): Unlimited notifications, priority support.

When does my notification count reset?

On the 1st of each month, your notification count resets to zero.

What is a Custom Webhook?

A URL endpoint that receives notification data in JSON format. Use it to integrate with Line, Lark, Slack, or your own systems.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We encrypt all access tokens, don't store notification content, and follow Shopify's security guidelines.
